At LingoFlix, we make ordering our digital language courses fast, simple, and secure.

We accept a wide range of Philippine Peso (₱) payment options through our secure Xendit Payment Gateway, including:

🧾 Orders

Once your payment is successful, your course access is delivered directly via email within 24-48 hours max —no physical shipping needed. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

A confirmation email will be sent shortly after your order is placed. If you don't receive it within 5–10 minutes, kindly check your spam or promotions folder.

❌ Order Cancellations

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of purchase — as long as your digital access hasn’t been sent yet.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@lingoflix.org with your order details.

Once the course access has been delivered, cancellations can no longer be processed.
